    • All items are issued tracking numbers and shipped USPS Priority mail, which usually takes 2-4 days to arrive. USPS Express Mail shipping is also available at an additional cost, and generally takes one day to arrive after the order has shipped.     • USPS Worldwide Expedited $15.00 flat rate | 5-10 Business Days

    • Unfortunately, we can not guarantee international shipping deliveries due to customs and duties of different countries. Please take a moment to understand your specific country’s international customs and duties guidelines with shipments coming from the United States.

  • Returns

    • We are happy to accept returned items in new condition with attached hang tags for a full refund. Items must be returned within 21 days upon receiving your shipment to receive a full refund. Gift Cards, POPLINEN PRE-LOVED clothing, Candles, Take Back Bags, and items marked FINAL SALE are always final sale. 

    • Please email frontdesk@poplinen.co with “RETURNS” in the subject line, along with your Order Number (#) to receive a Return Form and Return Shipping Label. Please note, we will deduct $7 from your refund to cover restocking/return shipping costs. We are not able to offer Return Labels for international orders at this time.

    • We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the original item for a full refund or store credit, and then place a new order for the correct item.

The softest coziest sweatshirt

I love my new sweatshirt. I took it with me to Antarctica and it was the perfect loungewear to wear around the boat and keep me cozy in my cabin. It’s so soft and easy to wear.

Not your ordinary plain black sweatshirt

Amazing feel, look, quality, and fit (mostly)

This is the second color of this shirt that I bought and love it, but there is just one issue - the tag. On both colors I own the tag sewn into the side and incredibly irritating. Also, on both colors I've had to cut the tag as close as possible to the fabric, which still leaves just enough to brush up against my side and itch. I tried to remove the tag completely, but it wasn't possible for me. If it weren't for the tag, I'd give 5 stars.
