The world has changed, and the way Poplinen operates business in this time of COVID-19 must change with it. We have shifted some of our efforts to making non-medical face masks for everyday people (including kids).
Although we are a small brand, we felt this is an area we could make a significant difference in. By making more face masks available to every day citizens, our goal is to help ensure there are enough medical-grade N-95 masks available to our healthcare and essential workers who need them most right now.
Our masks are sewn right here in Los Angeles, California. A big thanks to our Pattern Maker, Alice Spies, who has spearheaded the effort of testing patterns, creating samples, and heading up the process of making our masks. We hope to make as many masks as possible to provide our community with the added protection they need going about their daily lives.
For every mask we sell, we will donate a mask to the Downtown Women’s Center in LA.
